What is Goldenglow?

Goldenglow is an herbal elixir brewed from kava, passion fruit, coconut, turmeric, ginger, and other powerful plants which naturally stimulate focus and presence.

How should I consume Goldenglow?

Be sure to shake it up well before consuming (there will be sediment that settles in the bottom). We recommend first time users drink 1/4 - 1/2 of the bottle to start. If you don�t love the taste, we recommend mixing it with a flavored sparkling water or your favorite Kombucha.

Can I fail a drug test if GoldenGlow is in my system?

No, you will not fail a drug test from using GoldenGlow.

Is GoldenGlow Addictive?

Anything that makes you feel good can become habit forming including alcohol, caffeine, sugar, sex and GoldenGlow. Use GoldenGlow with the recommended dosage and quantity. When consumed properly GoldenGlow should be a treat, not a dependent.

How long does it take to start feeling the effects and how long does it last?

You usually start feeling it after about 10-15 minutes and the feeling lasts for 3-4 hours.

What kind of feeling should I expect?

Everyone experiences Goldenglow differently, but most commonly, you�ll feel more social and a calm, focused boost of energy.

How much is one serving of Goldenglow?

Each 2oz elixir bottle has two x 1oz servings. We DO NOT recomend drinking more than 1 bottle a day. Do not consume Goldenglow with excessive alcohol.

Is it okay to drink more than 1 bottle Goldenglow per day?

If you're new to GoldenGlow, take it slow, less is more. Find your sweet spot. We do not recommend consuming more than 1 bottle day.

How should I store the product?

Our elixir is shelf stable and can be stored at room temperature before opening. You should refrigerate the elixir after opening and finish the product within 48 hours. It shouldn't be exposed to prolonged heat, which affects the potency of the active ingredients.

Where is Goldenglow made?

We source our ingredients in their natural form from around the world and make Goldenglow in our FDA-registered facility in Grass Valley, California.

Can I consume Goldenglow while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please do not consume Goldenglow when pregnant or breastfeeding. As always, we recommend checking with your primary healthcare provider.

Where are the ingredients in Goldenglow sourced?

We source our ingredients from various regions of the world where our plant-based ingredients are indigenous (e.g. Fiji, Indonesia, Pacific Islands).

Do you test your product for heavy metal and other contaminants?

All ingredients have been lab tested. We use a 3rd party lab to test each batch 3-4 times each run to make sure the level of active ingredients is consistent. We also test for safety including but not limited to heavy metal and contaminants.

It�s not sweetened. The Passion Fruit and Coconut we source give you that sweetness.

No, Goldenglow is caffeine free.

No, Goldenglow is alcohol free.

Is Goldenglow organic?

Our products are vegan, paleo, and keto-friendly. Plus, it contains zero artificial preservatives, sweeteners, colors, flavors or ingredients.

Is Goldenglow Made with peanuts or tree nuts?

No, Goldenglow is nut free.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship Goldenglow & what is the shipping cost?

We provide free standard ground shipping for all US orders.

When will my order arrive?

We will ship the products within 2-3 business days after you place the order and the delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on the delivery address.

Can I expedite shipping for my order?

Yes. You can choose 2nd day air or next day air if the service is available in your area. All orders with expedited shipment placed before 12pm Central Time on a business day will be processed for shipment on the same day.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent via email and you can always check the status by visiting your order confirmation page, logging into supramood.com or via email confirmation sent to you. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at orders@supramood.com.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States.

My order is damaged. What should I do?

Email us at orders@supramood.com with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund, or we will re-ship you the same ordered product free of charge.

What if I receive a defective bottle?

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defects clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

I received a notice that my package was delivered, but it's not here. What should I do?

If possible, we recommend you check around the delivery location (think: porch, garage, side or back door) and inquire with neighbors. Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. This is often resolved at the end of the day and almost always within 2 business days. If you haven't received your order within 2 business days of the carrier marking your order as delivered, please contact us for a solution. Please email us at connect@supramood.com

How can I sign up for a recurring subscription?

You have two purchase options: one-time order or subscription. Select subscription and save X% on all orders.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! Simply login to your account and click �upcoming orders� then select �skip� . If you didn�t set up a password at checkout, you can still access your account by using the second option on our subscription login page: Receive a secure login link via email in order to manage your subscriptions. Can I get my subscription sooner than planned?

Yes! Simply login to your account and click �delivery schedule� then select �next order date� to edit the date. You can also click "order now" under the "subscription" tab in our subscription portal and move the order date immediately and have a new order created. Your next order will be moved to 30 days from the new order immediately as a default but you can edit it to a different date at any time.

Should I subscribe if I've never tried GoldenGlow before?

Is my payment information safe?

Your information is encrypted and stored with our credit card processor� we do not have access to your credit card data. Your card will only be charged when you confirm your order with us.

How do I know my payment is secure?

When you first register your payment information at checkout, we use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to ensure the safe online transmission of your personal information. That information is encrypted & stored with our credit card processor. Supramood and Elixart do not store individual credit card numbers. How can I update the payment information for my subscription?

You can update your payment information by logging into your account.

How long does a refund take?

Once the refund is processed it can take up to 72 hours to hit your bank account. The refund will come from Authorize.net and Elixart Beverage Corp.
