You must be a registered business in the USA and have a business license and a resellers permit. We are unable to sell this product in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin Sarasota County (FL), Union County (NC), Denver (CO), and San Diego (CA)
